Jill and Ashik have a beautiful, simple, respectful, colorful, adventurous and deep love. They come from different cultures, states, schools and traditions, but their finding each other was meant to be. As we started talking about what they both wanted to highlight and share with their family and friends, everything unfolded seamlessly. We set out to plan a destination wedding in Nashville incorporating both Christian and Hindu faiths, Jill’s love of soft yellow and fall hues with traditionally colorful Indian reds. What resulted is one of my favorite and most intentional designs yet!

They met on the Welsh shoreline. He was out for his daily jog and she had stumbled upon the perfect reading spot. They smiled at each other, said hello and ended up chatting over a warm cider as the sun set over the water.
Soon thereafter, she was taking afternoon tea in his mother’s not-so-secret garden, falling in love and making holiday trips to visit her family in the US.
Their wedding was a blend of their British and Southern preppy style and the gardening world they adore.

When you get engaged and decide you just can't wait to get married, you set a date 4 1/2 months later and go for it! Diana and Lee were so excited to begin their life together that they didn't bat an eyelash at their short engagement. Incorporating an elegant, yet fun, autumnal color palette with personal touches was so much fun!
Diana is half Ecuadorian and her mom is an amazing wedding baker - cakes, cookies, chocolates, you name it! They also had a custom menu that included their childhood favorites. Yum! We also were sure to take special care to include Lee's classic car in the celebrations. As the fall weather turned chilly, we were welcomed by warm sun just in time for them to be married and party the night away!

Amelia and Wesley met at the farmer’s market one fateful Saturday morning. Every weekend from then on, they got to know each other over plates of their favorite breakfast foods after a morning of market wanderings. Wesley proposed over breakfast in bed and a tray full of waffles, fresh fruit and her favorite french press. These two love to cook, host at home and are true morning people. Their wedding day centered around the early morning hours when the world is quiet and the promise of each new day are at their ripest. They especially love waking up to the birds’ songs and the joy that they bring. They were inspired by the airy light that dawn brings, warm and romantic colors of the sunrise and Amelia’s love of shoreline blues and greens.

It was a warm summer day in June that welcomed us with showers throughout the morning, only to have the clouds clear in orchestrated time for K & J’s ceremony at Five Oaks Farm in Cleburne, TX. This summer wedding was full of pinks and sage greens, personal details, feminine textures and timeless elegance. Don’t worry, we had a few rustic and
fun surprises sprinkled in, too!

This beautiful Southern wedding design exudes charm and elegance. From the hospitality details to the classic attire and sweeping views, this wedding will stop you in your tracks. The layered textures and colors bring to life the history of the venue, the couple’s love story and dreams for their future. As they began planning their wedding, they wanted to stay in the Dallas area, but find a venue that reminded them of their many trips together. When we found Dove Ridge Vineyard, it was a perfect fit. The Vineyard harkened the trips to California they had so enjoyed, as well as felt like they were in a world of their own in French wine country and home in Texas all at once. The design was heavily inspired by their travels and the story of the venue.

Inspired by the simplicity and romance of bistros, coupled with their travels, this wedding is full of personal details and focused on the simple things in life. Jenna and Ben fittingly got engaged on Love Lane in New York City. Their wedding day was one of the most emotional and love-filled weddings I’ve been a part of. From the intentional and incredibly personal ceremony and legacy table to the details and menu selection that reflected their relationship, it truly told their story.
They grew up and met in Iowa, then proceeded to travel to Paris and Wales before settling in New York City after graduation. From the day we first met and I saw the twinkle in Jenna’s eye talking about the love she had in Ben, I knew that this would be a perfect fit and truly memorable affair. They wanted to incorporate the journey they had been on so far and honor their families that have supported them to get to where they are — to share their beautiful relationship and personalities with everyone in attendance on their special day.

Harper and Luke love to travel and got engaged on a family trip to the Malta coast. They wanted to infuse some of the citrus and coastline into their day, while keeping things natural and simple. Incorporating family recipes, hosting on his parents property and using some foraged blooms from her Mamaw’s garden. Each piece had special meaning- grandparent’s vases, mom’s candlesticks, local artisan’s textiles and homemade desserts.
