A perfect, sunny, breezy November day brought together such a beautiful tapestry of loved ones to celebrate Niraj and Allana’s marriage day! With family and friends gathering from all over the country and pitching in with decor, encouragement and support, it was bound to be a perfect day.
When we first discussed their wedding day, the focus was always to be on their guests’ experience and, of course, their ceremony with personal and intentional details sprinkled throughout. Anyone who knows Allana and Niraj would expect nothing less. They are some of the most serving and kind hearted people I have ever had the honor of meeting. The warmth that they welcomed their guests with was uplifting and contagious.
Like many of the weddings we are part of, it was a community that came together to make this day what it was. Every detail told a story and was created with love. Without further ado, enjoy these images captured by Angie, one of Allana’s best friends!
I say it all the time, but the moments during a first look will always be some of my favorites. The anticipation, the joy and the love – you can see all of those emotions and more as Allana and Niraj saw each other for the first time on their wedding day.
When I say an event is a family affair and takes a village, that doesn’t ring more true than for this one. Allana and Niraj had a very short engagement and their families came through with so much custom decor and thoughtful touches. From the photo displays, cider bar, extensive sets of yard games and all of the centerpieces, thsi wedding would not have been what it is without them. Niraj’s aunt and cousins put together all of the table settings and floral arrangements. Allana’s mom, step-mom and aunt made all of the cocktail hour details and escort display. My absolute favorite detail was the altar arch that Allana’s dad built and installed on the property.
Allana and Niraj, I am so grateful that you became part of the HHE family! You two are such an inspiration and it makes me so happy that we are still in touch. I cannot wait to see what the Lord does in your lives and how many people you help along the way!
