I’m beyond excited to open up spots for this service again, with a revamp! I offered similar services under the radar a few years ago after Jack was born and it was an amazing fit for our family! At the time, I realized that I needed to focus on other commitments and it hadn’t been the right time for a new offering. This time, I’m all in and beyond elated! What is an OBM?
An OBM, or Operations Business Manager is a strategic partner combined with a VA. Think of me as your sounding board, assistant, project manager and biz bestie rolled into one.
How does this partnership work?
After a discovery chat, I’ll send over a proposal to you. We’ll work together on a monthly ongoing basis. My base support offering includes 4 hours per month, for a minimum 3 month period. This will allow us the time necessary to find our stride together. We will reassess an ongoing partnership during month 3.
What types of support do you offer?
Looking to pivot or diversify your offerings? Need launch support, project management expertise to make sure we approach things thoroughly and organized?
There are so many things I can help support you with. After over a decade as a creative entrepreneur and 15 years as a corporate Project Manager, I have a wide range of skills that can bring value to your business! During our discovery call, we’ll brainstorm what will serve you best and will adjust as needed. Your business is unique and will change naturally. The ways I support you in the OBM role will do the same.
Can I adjust my needed support month to month?
Of course! The minimum is 4 hours a month, but we can add hours whenever necessary. If you need to add hours one month, you can stay at the minimum the following month if you don’t need to continue at that level. In other words, beyond the monthly minimum, things can ebb and flow as your busy season and/or launches do.
As your OBM, my goal is to support you in the admin and project management tasks in your business, so you can do the work only you can!
